In this video I play through mw2's campaign on veteran, shockingly only 7.8% of all call of duty mw2 players have this trophy, which is pretty crazy because I remember this campaign being one of the more easier campaigns. It's still an insane achievement for MW2 though it's a heart breaking one (the clue is in the thumbnail)

The betrayal might be one of the best cinematic things I’ve seen in game or movie. Me or anyone I know just never saw it coming in the slightest.
I wouldn't say having a betrayal without any foreshadowing is a good thing lol
@@Veeooom nah it's good, it's unpredictable, something you can't say about the current trilogy, everything is just so predictable now, but 15 years ago? no so much yet

But no, a random betrayal that has zero foreshadowing isn't good writing.
@@Veeooom I'm not saying that it's good writing, I'm saying it's making the story unpredictable, it's like a horror story, but you don't know that it's actually a horror story. And the new trilogy is just like watching an action movie, not only does it just follow the original trilogy, just changing the countries, but it's just boring. I've played countless games over the years, and these games have to be one of the worst stories I've seen, they don't create new stuff, they just copy old things and call it a day. For some people the rebooted trilogy is good, but for me, it's just bad, I like a semi-realistic story which the original story was, I don't like this new story where everyone is a war hero and villains are like the gargamel.
Playing this on veteran, it wasn’t super difficult, apart from the favela missions. i got done over a lot, like a lot a lot

One thing I always found really odd in the favela mission is how Meat sometimes spawns in as a black or white person depending on your playthrough of the mission. And none of the two different character models show up in multiplayer. They are unique to that mission specifically
I remember getting absolutely bounced around like a ping pong ball on "Wolverines!" with veteran difficutly, no joke the stress from that level alone had the potention to reduce rapunzels hairline

Not sure if you'd be interested but thought I'd leave my suggestion anyway. The Gears of War games all have a story and highest difficulty option just like CoD with achievements/trophies to go with the challenge. I grew up playing these games (specifically the first 3, but the rest are still good) and I think it would be a lot of fun to see you work your way through them. Thanks for the fun content as always.

switching from remastered to og mw2 was based as hell. the sounds and character models are way better
Cod campaigns are special, hated cod ghosts multiplayer yet it’s one of my fav campaigns to play, tough on veteran aswell

I do remember with these older CODs you can tinker with the Config file to change your fov. But it is weird, you need to bind whatever fov you want to a key of your choice.

In the remastered version, he actually shoots a grenade launcher at the chopper to shoot it down.

The MW2 remastered campaign was made easy on veteran difficulty, I remember getting frag grenade spam at me every second i was behind cover in the original MW2 .

i remember beating veteran after collecting all the intel and easter eggs 2 years ago because i never fully completed it back in the day
when i saw that "100% completion" my eyes lit up
He didn’t shoot 3 M4A1 bullets he shot 3 rounds of the Grenade Launcher he had under it

He was most likely using regular rounds for the first shot, but switched to his M203 on the last one.
Or probably shooting the Gas Tankers for the Heli

The M4A1 was decent for multiplayer, especially ACR that thing had literally no recoil. But the MTAR was the go too gun for me

i remember when i was 9 i played this game on veteran. the one and only COD i beat on vet. halfway through my brother changed my controls to tactical and i had to learn a new layout on veteran. pretty sure i also got all the intel while playing on vet. not worth the mental trauma
