Professor, great video and clear and insightful explanation. Still I am far away from approaching this particular coda (I am now practicing development middle section), however it's great resource of informations. Thank you for the time and effort you put in these videos.
So generous to invite viewers to send in video clips for your response! As Chaucer wrote in "The Scholar's Tale": "Gladly would he teach, and gladly would he learn." You personify this!
Dr. Wang, thank you so much for doing these. I am not advanced enough as a pianist to approach these Chopin etudes or ballades, BUT as an aspiring composer and admirer of Chopin it helps me so much more to understand the point of what is actually being done, and why he is so highly regarded as an advanced pianist's piano composer. Seeing the evolving techniques really adds another layer to the art I didn't think about before.
Amazing explanation! More pianists should watch this video 😊

You wil get there at one point. Have you played any Chopin?
@@SCRIABINISTI’ve been playing for almost 2 years, do you think I can do this?
That is amazing. I love the voicing that you did on the first few bars. I am afraid with the thirds
What an amazing opening of this video!!!
Thank you for your incredible insights.
Great mapping suggestions, thanks!
This was a great video, I'm also very excited for the arpeggio video!
