this are all charging only cable and not data cable! note the difference - just because the plug is the same does not mean that data can be transferred here !!!
every single part of my gear list has some videos and people saying NOT to use it (certain lens, gimbal, and now this Samsung T5 SSD)--- whats the issue with this? i know it's a cheap usb c cable in this specific scenario but is there any recording or uploading to computer issues? just usb c to usb c and i can open on my macbook right?... via the usb c port?

you need a data type cable, as opposed to a charging only type cable.
The usb-c port on my blackmagic has pushed into the camera body so I can't plug into it anymore. Has anybody else seen this?

Basically all you have to do is disable the security log in on the samsung app itself on the pc
