I went through Jump school in 1978. When my stick was formed for that first Jump, I had a Chaplain in front of me. We both were making that first jump. Having him in front of me gave me confidence and security. I sure was glad he was in front of me. He left the aircraft and I was a fraction of a second behind him.

You are correct. We are a Unit Ministry Team. I was in this video when I went through the school, but no one told us it was for a video that I remember. Our counterparts train across the way from us and should have gotten recognition as well. There are assistants, and then there are Religious Affairs Specialists. New title for the same job but speaks volumes about the caliber and Religious Affairs Specialist can bring over an assistant. If I wasn't called to be a Chaplain, I would have become a Religious Affairs Specialist. Love what they do.

Are chaplains worthless in the military? What do they do besides worship and do ceremonies? Can someone give me good hard intel?

Don Roque. I've never actually gone to prison. I've taken many, many trips to the county. A dude that actually wants to give his life to the Lord, will always be under a scope from other captives.
He is not a chaplain, but with his composure and behavior, the dude does set an example to others.
Ethical behavior does matter even if you gotta confront some one for your own safety.

I Sat and spoke with someone when I was really young and all of a sudden she was being repulsed and she looked at me and said I'm only repulsed on Thursdays every Thursday right around 4:00 p.m. every Thursday and so the next Thursday at 2:30 while he was getting ready to go I thought to ask him if I could go with him he explained no and explain to me where he was going and then I explained to him that he was repulsing his wife and murdering her he changed his mind and he didn't go on Thursdays ever again no those women don't have demons what they have is a lying cheating adultery committing husband the same is true for those husbands what they have is a lying cheating adultery committing wife unless one or the other is having grudge because either the husband or the wife committed the adultery and when either the husband or the wife finds out about the adultery nature allows the husband or the wife that has had the adultery committed against them to have something called grudge the blood test always comes back negative for adultery because the first one to commit the adultery is the only one that committed adultery

Look up AR 165-1. Chaplains ensure no violations exist with 1st and 2nd amendment. We are an instrument of the government to protect all soldier's rights to practice their faith traditions or nontraditions
"Justified killing in warfare" that's all I really care about, going in the USMC.

We would welcome your service as an assistant to work under a chaplain. Just be aware that we currently do not have any Pagan Chaplains, and assistants are assigned to chaplains regardless of their faith practice. You in essence are the bodyguard for the chaplain and support him or her in their work. You are free to worship however you please. The chaplain ensures that all soldiers of every faith are not hindered from practicing their belief. Assistants do not do the job of chaplains to conduct services. CH Burns

Is there an Athiest chaplain? Because If I was surrounded by all these religious cooks in battle I would definately need someone who could keep me logical and talk reason with me.

Obama has taken away chaplains of all branches of the military help us 45 people and myself have been dishonestly discharged from our love of helping my brothers in arms (crying) please I beg you!!! 3 days ago my old Captain was removed after seeing so many of his brothers killed in action and I was there to say prayer to all of them. Now I have been removed for doing so. This is the military now, what will you do please.
