Sound of a Bad Exhaust Resonator on a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox

The purpose of the Resonator in your vehicle it to Resonate. It helps to quiet your vehicle or to dull down the noise before it gets to your muffler. In this video I recorded the sound a bad resonator makes. You should repair these bad parts as they can burn more fuel, allow fumes to escape into the vehicle and other bad things. If you think this is your problem take a look underneath. Always be safe. I did not even jack my car up. I set brakes, put chocks on my wheels and just slid underneath to take a look.
