This was literally NLs video from the other player's perspective.
In fairness the skill leve difference between Dan and Ryan's respective opponents was huge buuuuuut also in fairness Ryan definitely played the worse out of the 3 boys lol
Edit: a word for clarity
While Dan's crushing it with 3W-0L, NL was thinking -5 steps behind for all games.
isnt -5 steps behind 5 steps ahead?
Egg threw like 3 different times and it killed me when this game is so easily decided early
No way to actually be blocked, so instead Dan blocks himself. 😂🤣
My brain was about to implode if he repeated that blunder the second time round.
My whole body would've exploded
Watching this after NL is a hilarious contrast, GG Dan.
The people NL played all seemed way better than the people Dan and MALF played. Unfortunate for him, but that's the way it shakes out sometimes.
@@TheCrybn no NL just literally didnt try at all for any of his matches
@@Tuxalonso Mix of both, NL seemed to have some better opponents at the start at least (I switched to this halfway through on comments recommendations.. the pain)
But.. that just means NL has even less of an excuse for not picking up basic tactics like 'Maybe leave 2 options for where to place your tile, not just 1', when his opponents were showing it him constantly
3 Minutes in: "this is a great game" with a big smile. Well played and a hilarious contrast to Ryan's video. I don't think I've ever laughed harder on such a chill video
Dans running his sets so fast the layman might think he only ran a single set. But the experienced veiwer is dialed enough to see his incredible speed.
I didn't think he ran a single set! I wondered how many first sets there were before the video started
I can't believe, Dan's and Ryan's reactions to this game are complete opposite of each other. Love both tho.
Watching your video after the one of NL, is so much laugh!
Today's golden goblet was the proof of how one's own performance in a new game influences game preference
I’d love to see Dan dominate the egg in Hex! HEX GOOO
I want a head to head too
I hope no one reads too much into this
Ooof, that pot play at 10:09 hurt me a little bit Daniel.
I would not have expected Dan to be a savant in Hex.
10:08 “Noooooo...!!”
Wow I love how he completely understood it, after Ryan Gary’s big bruh recording
Did Dan queue up against Ryan in the first match?
Dan over here quickly winning the hearts of the people.
Ingenious application of the Brouwer fixed-point theorem dude!
Socially engineered
Thank you Dan, you've saved me from my frustration with how NL played
PurplePhil with the guest appearance!!!
Actual hex god
Is this the dude from big brother
Yup
Fastest win I've ever seen!
The gold chain crushes egg on this one. Dayum.
A sub getting a game? Bit minkus, thankfully didn't matter. Started the week with gold and ended with one. But Malf gets the weekly win keeping the streak going of repeat weeks always being won by the previous winner. Ryan won both weeks of Trackmania and SNES Classics, Dan won both weeks of NES Classics and Malf has won both weeks of Golf With Friends, Hitman 2, Clubhouse Games, Golf Club and all 3 weeks of Warzone.
Eggman never stood a chance against the DanMob.
And though the Egg King may best them, a counter DanGod was in display in this video.
thanks for the upload dude!
Good set, brother. That's good eats
So good watching a pro Hex player pogging out! Great job Dan.
3:01 J8 my guy. You want to connect with two hexes between that way it's impossible to block.
Hex is great because player 1 literally cannot lose unless they play the most garbage game possible, hence why NL got destroyed by being player 2
Doubt he would've won as Player 1. He had no idea what to do in this game.
@@infernogott Very true, egg thought he could connect any edges in the eggest move possible
Watching NL's vid was like watching a little-league player at bat with an MLB pitcher throwing 95MPH fastballs
NL got destroyed by playing like an idiot in every game as both the 1st and 2nd player
Damn, you guys are merciless. He wasn't good but take it easy lmao
This hurts to see man. Such a low level of Hex. But GG
NL might be the Chess master, but the eggman won't ever beat DNA in the superior game of HEX.
Who knew that of all three, Dan would be the only one to understand the concept of lines?
Great gameplay Dan, a WR players performance
Simple but challenging, I dig it
Dan literally speedrun that game and set a new WR. See you at the next gdq.
I can't believe Dan went full Bryce on the first opponent like that...
POGGED
also came here from nl's video. you ran your sets hard my man
How do you beat the impossible CPU? Anyone know the strategy. I tried searching it up and ended up on this video.
The starting first resin
amazing best performance ive ever seen, elo of 2000
Dan plays a pretty good Hex.
I will act like NL wanted Dan to have a game for himself
That was amazing, GG.
Love Check the Wire, and love this channel
Loved it
Well, we might've found the game where NL wont try to snipe you
Hexballgameicity!
HexaKing
Oooo I really like this game too!
Tbh i dont see a difference between Ryan and Dan
You are either hex guy or a chess guy
On the 2nd game 11 j lost the guy the game
pretty sure u have 90 iq maximum
What happened to star citizen
This guys is so clueless...
