2009 Phoenix Monster Energy AMA Supercross Lites West Championship (Round 2 of 8)

This is round 2 of the 2009 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Lites West Championship from Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ.
Returning Supercross Lites West contenders like Jake Weimer, Lites Sophomore Dan Reardon, Ryan Morais, Ryan Dungey, defending Lites East champ Trey Canard, Justin Brayton, Kyle Cunningham, and defending champ Jason Lawrence battle it out for the 2009 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Lites West Championship. This series features a season-long battle between Ryan Dungey and Jake Weimer. This race is well known for Trey Canard's wild ride in Lites Heat #1 with rookie Michael Hall #164, which results in Canard skipping the next round in Anaheim 2. Defending champ Jason Lawrence fails to qualify for the main event.
