- The young guns of Monster Energy AMA Supercross wanted their chance to break out, and the 2010 season was just that. With heavy hitters Chad Reed and James Stewart sidelined by injuries, the torch was passed to a new generation of rookie riders... Ring out the old and rev in the new! Ryan Dungey and Ryan Villopoto dominated throughout the season, but the veterans weren't to be forgotten. Kevin Windham, a fan favorite, also had success tearing up the track in front of packed stadiums. Relive all the intense crashes, sick passes and drama you can imagine in Bar to Bar 2010.

Reed was always fucking Stewart
Dungey had RV2 this season whether he crashed out of it or not. I hate that people say Dungey never beat Villopoto for a title straight up even when he was beating him all theoughout this one.
Crashes are a part of SX/MX, just the same that anything else is. Dungey won this "straight up", with no asterisks. Same goes for any champ.
man this bar to bar was similar to '08. too much narrating and not enough pure racing. 09 was amazing to watch because yall cut that stuff out
Thanks supercross live for posting such a great video , once again.
Ryan dungey one of the most boring riders to come out of the states.
stfu you have no say in this shit
Bearly dungey is your daddy huh 🤣
Bearly yeah I do he’s absolute rubbish. So boring! Most of bakers riders are boring to watch. Feeling butt hurt are you?
Kyle Squertter I think so bro he seems pretty butt hurt!
@@benfairhall5331 funny how all of the past champions came out of the bakers factory 😂
That's was really amazing that Dungy's rookie 450 year he one both supercross and motocross championships
Dungy's a I'm not a fan ! At all I'm glad he is gone!
Dungey is my hero.."have a style&skill drive of all man of champ.. "%%%%
Why does Ralph Sheheen get on my nerves so much!!?
Dungey just right place right time.
I like history
Dungey got lucky in this
How tf did he get lucky?
you don't know shit about this sport
Their mentality and preparation is the same up to today in 2015!

If you’re looking for Dungey’s crash in San Francisco, you found the right comment.
That's what sucks about a 4-stroke on a 2-stroke you know if you're going to make it or not before you even commit to the jump and can back it off.
the only championship that dungey were faster the big stars, after that all that could Challenge him quit or moved over too race the GP but when 2-3 upcomers start too challenge him he retierd. smart move too quit when he were on the top. Not like RV2 moved too the gp and were quiet a long time before he come out and say that he going too retier. love RV2 are a big fan too him but disliked the way he moved a way from the sport.
I thought it was cool how Millsaps spoke about the fans-he said something to the effect that the fans look at the riders like they are stars. Shows how humble a lot of these guys are. You have to work hard to succeed in anything in life, but these guys have to work extra hard and most of the time with nagging injuries.
"if you win it but you loose yourself doing it, it's not really worth it"
He won the title due to injuries of the top riders.
You sound dumb. Dungey was the best rider and stayed healthy and didn’t crash out
@@jonathanschultz3629 Well you just cleared all doubt yourself.
Very few riders have the skill to go fast without crashing and getting injured. Ryan Dungey has that skill. That's why he is a 4 times 450cc Supercross champion. Dungey was the most reliable and Durable rider in history.
Barely any racing in this video. Definitely not like the past few years
Dude, I'm only here because Feld just had the best fan-uploaded video of A1 removed. It showed the last 8 laps of the race, with Stewart running down Dungey, and Dungey's push on the last lap to almost get him back. Incredibly tense and exciting racing, totally butchered here (4:38). This is how they handle it? No drama at all. Almost might as well just look at the numbers on a page.
Is there more racing the past few years? I don't know how, all the ones posted to RUclips are under an hour like this one.
Dungey went on to be a great champion, had a great career hated to see him and villapoto retire, both great champions
Dungey retired. Damn I was just watching dungey at south wick
@@thomasvinsen1410was crazy he came out retirement for last year…dude really was more competitive than I thought he would be.
Kinda BS they didn't highlight Josh Hill more
So amazing the way Dungee came out swinging in his rookie year! And all the success he has had since then. 26 consecutive podiums to date (and counting)!
sobg 1124 not trying to be a hater but if you look at dungey. He only wins when everyone else is hurt. For example this year. If Stewart didn’t get landed on and get taken out by Reed. This was easily his championship. Dungey ended up wining the championship this year because literally everyone else got hurt.
That's part of Dungee's success... That man is a complete machine!!! never hurt always up... he was so good...
It's not Dungey's fault everyone else got hurt. He didn't he survived. He got a championship. Same reason Stewart got a championship because Carmichael retired. See how we can twist things
@@misterspark4405 HAHA The last championship RC won Stewart on him all the races too he got hurt 1 race but if he didnt dnd and he come top 5 he hade won the ama titel too. RC won the ama championship titel but stewart won the supercross world championship. Same year when Stewart got too the big bike he got hurt but when he comeback he won 4 /5 races so dont come whit that bullshit. Reed ONLY won when RC or stewart were out too. I ride like stewart, was so eager too come too the top and when you know that you can be in top you over ride.
robin persson doesn’t matter if he had it won he didn’t win. Stewart only won titles because RC retired. RC had him covered.
James bike @ A2 was so sick.
It sucks James never really liked the Yamaha esp the 2010 to 12 bike I thought when he went to Suzuki he would win everything
@@Jb-mp1in yeah 09 the bike definitely worked lol
36:26 double front flip in 2010...
Yep, unfortunately he didn't hang on, now that would've been awesome!!
Why weren’t there red plates?
Jerry Raymo stewart had the red plate, but he got injured
Red plates for only for the champs in that day. Now they’re only for the champs on the opening round or whoever has the points lead
So many great riders & champions through the years but none are smoother, none as technical, none as clean, and none a greater ambassador to the sport of MX & SX than Kevin Windham.

@@maxime3439 except he doesn't win championships buddy
What crash is that at 0:23
Go Suzuki Dungey
only wins when Stewart goes down
Johnny Bgood then why stewart never finished a championship in front of dungey?
exactly...these fools act like crashing doesn't factor into the riding skill equation
Or when musquin pulls over 😬
James speed is second to none.. Ever. He was clearly fastest this year and just got struck by bad luck as he did his whole career practically.
Sorry if this is harsh but you can hear the difference between dungeys education and villopotos. Dungey can actually formulate smart and concise sentences while villopoto stutters and can formulate a basic sentence every now and then. Stay in school kids and ride dirt bikes haha
That's not just school or education, comfort in-front of a camera is a big factor.
