So nice of you every time you come with special recipe. Please make videos on pans which are healthy and easy to use, because now a days non stick pans are available.
Non Stick pans aren't safe they are coated with PTFE and PFOA. They are plastic polymers. They can even cause cancer.
You can use Iron pans, 100% Ceramic Pans and 100% pure Stainless Steel.
Yum! Mango jam looks so good. This is definitely a must-try recipe for this mango season. I really love the idea of using raw & ripe mango together.

Best trick is to add less salt maybe 2-3 pinches and then adjust after tasting
