HEY, Mary, you are WRONG! You DO need the red, robbery insert in the My K-Cup when used with the K-Supreme Plus. DON’t throw it away! You NEED to retake your video.

When are you using it? My model is the one from Costco and I don’t need it for K cups or for when I’m using the cake cup insert that I have.
