Perhaps a silly/moot question: Is there a concordance strictly based upon paleo-Hebrew? The modern version of Hebrew is not a "reborn/rediscovered" language. It's an admixture of Yiddish/Slavic/biblical terms--According to several Jewish scholars.

Good question. Most of the better Hebrew lexicons are based on paleo-Hebrew. The more academic ones will also include discussions of the linguistic development and origins of these words.

Question.... If one was to build their OWN Library one-book-at-a-time for a stay at home husband (not seminary).... is ONE app better the next for exacting study/note taking, ... ??? Logo, Olive, Accordance, ...?? NO PACKAGES - they are 'nearly' a scam IMHO.

All three have note taking features. You can attach these notes to verses, or keep them like a paper. I have also developed modules for my Greek students within Accordance. So yes, they have the ability to take notes. If you google the name of the app with ‘note taking features’ after it you should be taken to a list of pages that describe how to do this as each app has their own unique way to do this. And you can copy and paste these notes into other apps.
