Animal abuse is the infliction of suffering or harm upon non-human animals, for purposes other than self-defense. This dog is obviously neither in pain nor is he being harmed. This is not animal abuse.
@keeps33 it has nothing to do with smart. Its mean!!! why not do this with sleeping friends or something.. why does it have to be a dog? you can see the dog doesn't like it and its scaring him. I LOVE funny but i have seen about 10 of their vids and only one is funny. The rest are lame..or maybe you have to be a pothead to appreciate them
