Sadiq Khan secures historic third term as London Mayor | LBC analysis

- Sadiq Khan has secured a historic third term as the Mayor of London, beating out the Tory candidate Susan Hall.
Mr Khan won with 43.7% of the vote, while Ms Hall Conservative rival took 32.6%. Turnout was 40.5%, which is slightly down compared with 2021.
In total, Mr Khan amassed 1,088,225 votes, compared to Ms Hall's 811,518.
It means Mr Khan has become the first person to serve a third term as London Mayor.
Vanessa Feltz is joined by LBC's Political Editor Natasha Clark to provide some analysis.

She can’t come back. She asked very tough questions to an Israeli spokesperson and that was the last time she was on LBC.
Questing Israeli is professional suicide for journalists, politicians or any public figure and she did just that.
She is a brave woman and ethical journalist.

Fired for poor audience figures according to James O'Brien. Funny he never said that when Nigel Farage and Majid Nawaaz were fired. I stopped listening to LBC when they cancelled Nigel Farage and Majid Nawaaz. I might start listening again soon if it decides it needs more sensible Right Wing presenters. It flipped a lot to the Left when GB News launched in June 2021. Now that Talk TV has gone back to DAB radio only LBC appears to have flipped back. Happy days 😃

Sangita was last on LBC when she did a hard hitting interview with Israeli spokesperson and that was her last job on LBC.
She is a strong women and very ethical journalist and took the giant risk of questioning Israel knowing that it costs people their careers and their lives being destroyed .
Calling her a strong women shows what kind of person you are. How do you know she identifies as a women. What is a women anyway.
