If you read the print on MHD hp number they are measuring whp(wheel horsepower) but thtas the s58 for you lol. I own a x3m with dyno on and and can confirm those numbers lol 😂 but on an awd dyno

For what I've personally seen/heard, the s58 is very reliable! Shit is basically a Toyota engine in reliability compared to my s85 😅😂

You’ll blow up the transfer case dynoing in rear wheel drive mode without disconnecting it I have one and have done the research lol. Hoping to find an awd dyno my car should be closer to 700 wheel custom e50 tune makes a huge difference.

X3m looks killer man😮💨👌🏼 and the power is good for a couple easy mods✅ is the s58 in yours a gen1 or the same motor as the G series’s? ( I know the b58s are gen2’s in the new stuff so figured they revised the s58s for the new stuff also )

FWI OTS MHD or BM3 93oc maps generally see 620/30 hp on the dyno. E50 sees 650ish. Get a real tune. 730whp is easy
Car made 624whp on e30 ots map, what 93 ots map making 620whp??? this aint no G8x platform, there is a reason why G8x cars have a option to go full E85 with OTS tunes but F97 doesnt, fuel system is different 💁🏻♂️💁🏻♂️💁🏻♂️
Buy me a fuel system so i can get a “Real Tune” and make that 730whp
@SwapDepot What year is yours? My 22 X3M Made 727whp and 715lb of torque Easily Tuned by Mikey on E50 and it absolutely rips. And no I don't have or need any fueling support. Can't go over E50 though. Need Port. Or the least larger injectors for a E60's tune. If it's a 2020 I know the upgraded LPFP works wonders.

@@SwapDepot any advice I can give to him that you have seen? Or is it aftermarket and voiding warranty that maybe kept him away from the solution?
Ryan Morard on the x3m group on fb makes bushings for the diff that should solve the movement issues, JXB makes a center support bearing for the driveshaft and if all this work is being done at the same time its also good idea to apply new locktight on the driveshaft splines to prevent noise during gear engagement

So those of you doing any mods are outside/past your factory powertrain warranty id expect because if not, your goose is cooked. BMW dlrs will silently report any and all mods to BMW NA and corp in Germany.
