Okay. So for this video tutorial, I saw that the highlighted clue was the number 98 on the dumbbell. Since this is a video about blocking, I’m gonna say that 98 is in reference to “Maya scene is blocked at 98%.” This is an error message in Maya that means that your file is corrupted and therefore is a data loss. That’s my guess for the clue meaning.
SECRET CLUE: A dumbell's end-piece is highlighted with the number 98 on it at 18:02 minute mark in this video... And I'm guessing that 98 is referring to the initial release of Autodesk Maya which was February 1st, 1998... :)
