She can be tied to the successes of the Biden administration while never having been tied directly (in the media) to any particularly messy situations over the past four years. Therefore, she is a clean slate and can shift her positions with minimal pushback and extremely limited avenues of attack. I think Right wing media also completely discounted and ignored her, to their obvious detriment. And Tim Walz is just a giant layer of icing on the cake. Who knew that guy was so relatable?

In the 2019-2024 era, her positions "adjusted" at about the same time she became the top of the ticket. I think people can change their minds about important decisions. I just find it suspicious that she's changing her positions this much at a time when it benefits her, and we haven't heard from her own mouth why she's made these changes.
