Subwoofer is not producing sound if we keep on pause the video or standby TV for 20-30mins. Only bar and surrounds are producing sound. Any solution do you found?
Hi sir... What you are saying is absolutely right 👍 because it goes to standby mode and sometimes the equilizer settings also goes into default settings and you have to adjust it again... Place your sound bar in middle infront of your T V, one sub woofer in one corner and another sub woofer in another corner at least 5 feet to 10 feet gap and surround speakers at back same 5 feet to 10 feet gap and height for surround speakers 4 feet to 6 feet and at the back (piche rakh ye surround speakers ko) hope I have answered your question if not please let me know and please like share and subscribe my channel thank you 😊

I'm face some issue with the subwoofer while playing songs, its frequently breaking for every 3 to 4 second. Just like a signal lost. Is there any problem with my product, settings or any updates required. Rest of the speakers are working perfectly. Please let me know. Thankyou
Hi sir... please watch my all three videos of zebronics 9900 and follow the steps what I recommend, some points are there which you can follow. 1- plug point is good and stable, 2- when you on your sound bar check that your woofer pairing light is stable, 3- buy a good HDMI cable or which I have recommended in my video, 4- try with USB via USB port, settings does not concern this and update is not available for this sound bar till now, if you still face the issue after applying my points then please contact zebronics service centre 👍 and please like share and subscribe to my channel and thank you for watching my videos 😊

Hi sir... sorry for the delay as I was trying to connect my sound bar to my laptop with HDMI cable but for that you have to buy a HDMI to optical converter and I don't recommend that so I suggest you connect with AUX port with AUX cable that is the best way to connect your laptop to a sound bar and you will get virtual surround sound as well... While connecting phone via bluetooth i feel some timi missing words or lack even. I tried in different phones
Hi sir... First unpair your phone from the soundbar then delete the pairing history also in your phone then select bluetooth mode in your sound bar and press settings button for three seconds this will restore factory settings of your soundbar then try to connect only one phone to your soundbar and please switch off other bluetooth device and keep your soundbar and phone in open space meaning not inside the cabinet...so try this it will work...if not then please call zebronics customer care, they will come and rectify it 👍

आप का review सही नहीं है, आप साउंड टेस्ट youtube से कर रहे हो जब की वहां पर 5.1 या Dolby Atmos जैसे कोई फाइल नही होती है साउंड चेक करना है तो Netflix या ऐपल म्यूजिक से करो जब रियल साउंड पता चलेगा ।
Hi Dhiraj ji... aapne humara videos thik se ya pura nahi dekha hai , mein ne is video mein USB se Dolby amaze wala video chalaya hai jo 100% 5.1 hai or dusra video testing wala chalaya hai ke speakers thik se kaam kar raha hai ke nahi youtube se ta ke aap sab ko pata chal sake aur humra zebronics 9750 video dekhiye usme humne Amazon prime se Dolby Atmos Yodha movie chalaya hai... Lekin aap ko pure Dolby Atmos sound wala video chahiye to woh sirf blue ray DVD player se hi milta hai .
Amazon prime, Netflix ya koi bhi platform se video chalayen to hume lossy Atmos ya Dolby digital Plus ka sound hi milega 👍
