Yes, this was the video I was waiting for! When I asked about this topic, I was coming from a failed attempt of having my photographs published. I was documenting something with a couple of other people and submitted my photographs to compliment the article that was being written, none got published; I know business is business and these things happen but still made me question my own abilities. I've also found having better/bigger networks is sometimes more important that actual skill so getting started and entering that community is the hardest part, the rest comes from going with the flow; that's the part I haven't cracked yet. Thanks for your take on it!
My pleasure Ricardo, I appreciate you taking the time to comment it helps me understand our little community better. Unfortunately it’s true about the networking , it means the most .
Thank you for sharing this! It's always really good to hear the truth of the matter even if it's not as grand or exciting as we may have thought. Super helpful
Justin, have you heard about the bears that are being cut open alive to harvest their bile. I think it's in Vietnam somewhere. I read it on CNN this morning. This is your kind of story. If I was there, I would do it myself. Heartbreaking.
@@AskMOTT That Bianchi in the background. Somehow I fall in love with that color everytime I see one. And about the Video itself: totally agree. The working conditions regarding being published and getting paid enough in "big" magazines/newspapers don´t seem to be worth the work that is necessary to actually be published. Because of that I personally only work on projects I am deeply interested in, while not thinking too much about the outcome. And that kind of feels good and takes away this `money aspect´. Although it´s still sad in a way. Must have been a beautiful time for photojournalists some decades ago. :) Greetings from germany

I when Debra, they’ve made huge policy changes and cracked down on many of these places thanks to numerous NGOs. It’s a nasty industry.
Whoa!! Regarding AC, are you guys changing from the ubiquitous mini-splits to a duct system?
I'm not interested in getting published, but this was a fascinating topic. Thanks for sharing your experiences and knowledge.
Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment.
love your bike :)
