I think I went to the same ' uni' as he did, I remember him talking to another student about how his channel was taking off and how he was going to quit, never really spoke to him though, was interested but, just didn't want to appear as someone who became interested in someone, just because of the fact that they "got famous". From what I heard he was pretty good at programming before he got to into the uni. For some reason a lot of software engineers at our school played Minecraft.
It's probably a Java mod, there are plenty of tutorials online, I also saw in the video on his main channel in the description there was this Voice Bot link, so there may be an app where you can set macros with it
