Honestly, this game is my favorite still for not only the story, but the gameplay as well. I can't believe so many people complained that the investigations were boring and repetetive when it made sense for an assassin to do his homework before killing someone
Sorry I'm late but my god this is SO COOL I love that part where you vault over the barrels and high profile / air assassinate a guard. A simple chain of mechanics like that has no right to go as hard as it does
Literally born into it. I know people call the process repetitive but how he gets intel the same way every time (talking to another assassin, beating some guy up) kind of shows how he knows what he's doing and where to get the best and clearest info.

En revoyant du gameplay, je trouve que cet opus a vraiment une ambiance particulière/ Avec ses musiques assez "primaires", qui ne sont pas en lien avec l'ambiance des lieux, on se sent toujours assez mal à l'aise, et concentré par ce qu'on s'attend à un obstacle, comme un réel assassin en mission. Aussi, le filtre bleu, qui n'est pas volontaire, car présent dans d'autres AC et supprimé avec les remasters, est à la fois un défaut et une qualité. Un défaut parce que, comme pour les musiques, on ne rend pas honneur aux lieux visités, mais ça donne un effet "simulation", on se sent dans l'animus, parce que ce filtre détache, justement des lieux. On a l'impression d'y être sans y être. Merci pour cette bulle de rafraichissent, j'ai vraiment envie de le relancer !
you know when you think about it, the only tools Altair had for stealth was his hidden blade, his throwing knives, his agility and social stealth. With only this he's casually invading castles, churches and battle fields without breaking a sweat. Ezio had an insane arsenal as did future ac protagonists, but the fact Altair only had those 4 thing's and bodied the middle east templar order is a testament to his skill.

I love this 1st part of Ac game because this give me a true feeling of playing a genuine assassin creed game also i am playing this first part these days just love this game ❤
Immaculate parkour, clean kills; perfect execution. I also really liked the choice of skipping the diallgue segments and the investigations; really makes the video flow well
3:02 was fantastic. Good stuff overall. Loved the rollout out of the bureau at 0:16, I've never seen anyone do it in a video before, although I've personally used it for a very long time.
@@Jadon_AC Alright, to put it simply - you know how each bureau has those windows around its backside, where the ladder is? Well, if you vault over the wooden beam next to them, you can actually land on them. Problem is, the foothold area is too small, so the game will almost instantly push you back and you will fall off. So, to work around that, you can do a Reverse Grab Drop to turn yourself around 180 degrees, then simply hold High Profile + Movement Input in the same direction and you will land on the ground with a smooth roll. The initial vault is pretty hard to pull off, but give it a few tries and you will get the hang of it.
