As long as it’s detailed in the contract an additional trade you’ll be fine.

Would concrete and rough framing be considered 2 trades? The framing for the concrete slabs? As in, the slab, or concrete stairs?

Framing wouldn't count as one of the trades, so it would have to be concrete and another trade.

General B license rule states your project must include 2 or more trades.

Please help me understand this.
• If a General B takes a contract for Framing, Plumbing and Electrical .
• The General B contractor, can only do the Framing himself, right?
• He must Subcontract out the two others trades, (IF, he doesn’t hold the appropriate licenses for the other two. (Plumbing and Electrical)
• This sounds like your saying the General Contractor B can do all the work as long as there are two or more trades in the Contract regardless whether or not he has the C class of licenses needed for the Plumbing and Electrical. Please clarify this for everyone.
• Can he do the Plumbing and Electrical with no CClass licenses,or does he HAVE to Sub these two out. Thanks in advance.

The general contractor does not have to subcontract those trades.
The general contractor can perform those trades themselves as long as the contract includes two or more trades.
