7 weken lang hebben we van dit schitterende dier genoten waarbij hij regelmatig op onze hoofden lande.

Beautiful. I have a family of five large owls in my backyard, with two or three others in the neighborhood. They're a common sight here in the southern United States. Also two eagles and several hawks. Not sure where they live, but nearby.

I think it's a Great Horned Owl ,common in Canada, and it goes any time it feels like a flight.
100% a Eurasian eagle owl, let alone it says Holland in the title.
It looks like a great horned owl because it is a close relative in the same genus as the horned owl which is Bubo. In fact the eagle owl's full scientific name is Bubo bubo. Bubo is the Latin word for owl.
With a 100% certenty. Its a eurasian eagle owl. Allone the fact that this was filmed in the netherlands makesit obvious.

Филин (eagle owl, lat. bubo bubo) однозначно, скорее всего, самка, потому что достаточно большая, самки филина больше самцов. Ушастая сова намного меньше филина.
Да это филин, но для самки мелковат, у хищных птиц самки всегда крупнее и я об этом в курсе
