Finally a house price I agree with! This is a lovely home in wealthy Pacific Palisades close enough to the water to have guaranteed fresh air year round coming off the ocean. I'm a fan of steel roofs, I like the tone of the gray, and the house seems very well thought out. If you'll take $4M I can come up with that much, ha, ha.

I love that kitchen layout where you can chat with your guests while making dinner on that amazing looking Wolf stove. I have a Wolf and they are serious stoves.
