A female fiend of mine showed me in this mall where they had two separate rooms where you can get a foot or back message from a blind person. It was a way from blind people to have a job and make money. The place we went to have 10-12 blind men and woman giving messages. This was in Cebu city in the I T mall.
You had me at $5/hr haha. I do agree about having a woman being a bit more relaxing. If you've ever been in sports and had a physical therapist work out a cramp or an injury, it's tolerable and usually more effective. Thanks for the info, always good to learm something new and add another puzzle piece.
Female therapist is the way to go. Medium. I always tip 300 to female therapist directly after. Blind massage is also very good. They have heightened sense of feeling in their hands. They can pick up on health issues just like an Osteopath. Highly recommend
I’ve had a couples massage in Dumaguete and then got the same in Manila at twice the price. Added a 30 minute foot massage to the 1 hour standard massage and that was heaven.
Never got a massage in a HAPPY ENDING place but the price you quoted 3000 peso is not expensive at all...I might look into it once I come next year..But Thanks Dr. Reekay for the advice about massages...and Yes...A good massage...I will tip them well..No guy massage..Men do not touch my body with the exception of a hand shake...don't Doubt me..

I do love the hard massage here in the Phils. I have my f/m special therapist who's about 4'10, 90lbs. IMO the little one's r the best as they easily can jump all over u. My 90-minute session is 700p plus 200p tip which may b higher than others but worth it plus there's great ambience. " Blind Massage " is popular, great for staff that they can make a little $ & I don't mind one if need b even if it's a dude.
Very informative thanks. I miss the ocean sound opening!!! The faint background music sometimes takes my concentration away from the spoken word as it competes for my attention throughout the whole video. For that reason, I'd prefer no background music so I don't get distracted. Just my 2 cents worth.

I had authentic Thai massages in Japan...I'm not here for sex work, I want a proper massage! You can't get that from the chain places or the sketchy Chinese places where the girls don't speak English.
350 on average to my experience. And not a very strong culture about massage... to me, it's ok. Not more than that. Other southeast Asian countries have a stronger deeper tradition and better technique or mind-set/ spirit

They're called massage parlors. And the person doing the massage is called a masseuse.
