Gorgeous song, always, bloody pouring with rain at that venue, love the lighting they used.

as long as it's pure cleans or pure screams he's pretty on point...but sadly his trademark mixed style is what he simply can't do anymore. And I'm not saying this to bash him for that in any way, it's just a very unfortunate fact that after his vocal chord operation in 08 (or 07, don't remember exactly) he had to tone it down at least live.
He was still able to do it in studio until Battles (but already fadingly, Sounds Of A Playground Fading was easily and by far the peak of his vocal prowess).
I can tell you from experience, that vocal style is probably the most difficult style I know but definetly and by far the most exhausting...even if he didn't need to tone it down, I doubt ANYONE could perform a whole setlist with that technique. One song from SOAPF and I'm sweating balls at the end, even a 2nd song is hard to get through without literally passing out from sheer exhaustion...no exaggeration, I more than once felt the blackout sensation where the edges of my vision closed in. Deliver Us, Darker Times, All For Me and Where The Dead Ships Dwell are the worst where sometimes it's even a struggle to get the last chorus out cleanly...you literally have to pour your soul out with every verse and chorus, and in the last chorus he usually ramps up the power by another slight step. I automatically tend to hold my belly aswell in these songs as it feels like it wants to burst (sit-ups are NOTHING against that kind of workout, I tell you). And every word where he goes into pure scream or clean it feels like the weights are lifting, like taking a break...it's probably unfathomable how much more difficult his mixed scream technique is until you learn it and are able to experience the difference yourself.
No prominent vocalist uses that style, some are similar (like Björn from Soilwork) but they balance cleans and screams usually at around a 50-50 rate...compared to theirs Anders' style feels like giving 100-100 with every line and I think it's criminal that so few people are apprechiating his vocals of that time period for how great they are
Had to get this out, sorry
