Michael and my husband, doug Morrison went to school together at riverdale Baptist and sang in a quartet together. doug and he were good friends and still hopes to see Michael again someday soon if not in Heaven. Michael called us in 1993 to let us know that he and DC talk where appearing on the arsineal hall show and wanted to have a car sent to us to bring us there and give us backstage passes so he could talk to doug and laugh together like they used to. I know God will make a way for their paths to finally cross.

I have found...…
Most "Christians" can not share the gospel. I wondered for many years how is this so?
Even at a home bible study I asked, "How do you share the gospel to a person that cares for his ailing mother and had no need to steal nor so much as to use a curse word?"
They had no answer, but I knew he is without sin and later I found the key.
The gospel as it is written is foolishness to those that are perishing. Why is this you might ask, well how many of you have always heard, "Jesus Loves You" or the claim, "Without Jesus you will go to Hell.", and so on.
To a person that does not see themselves as a rapist or murder and could very well be active in a church or other "good" works with just the understanding that all I have to do is..."apologize to God." and I'll be fine. Completely dismissing what God DID and WHY He did it.
You must understand that a lot of god people are going to die apart from God and you may be one of them.
If you are, "Christian" then please share the gospel with me.
We don't have to establish a friendship or seek a termed relationship, it could be that I only have four minutes to live after you read this.
Why do I need your Jesus?
Is it because the fear of Hell you may insight me to?
Is it because I can get a ticket to Heaven?
Please tell me.
After all, I am dying, but aren't we all.
"Christians", as so comfortable today, they can literally watch the world go to Hell.
Romans3:23 says it all. start at romans 3:10 ,then go to 1 John 5:17 ,then back to romans 3:23.we are ALL born in a unrighteous nature. Romans 6:23 tells us the wages of sin IS death. Christ paid for it ALL!--do YOU believe?

You need God to live. It’s really that simple. Without Him there is no future, hope, or really anything. As Christians, we are far from perfect from sharing the gospel. I myself struggle with this daily. But we do truly care for every human being, and that is our plea to everyone. We want people to see Jesus because he is the one true light. John 14:6 says “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” He is the only way and on behalf of all Christians, we want you to see that
If u want the gospel, I'm more than happy to give it to you.
Everyone needs Jesus because we all are sinners, even if you're a "good person", no one is good enough. Somehow, we all deserve to go to Hell... But God loves us all anyway. That's why He sent Jesus to die in our place. He willingly gave His life so that we can live. All you have to do is believe in Jesus Christ, and He will save you. Just to be clear about what I mean by "believe", the original Greek word used in John 3:16 means to trust.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life."

You could get saved right now, just trust in Him as your savior
Edit: BTW getting saved has nothing to do with our own good deeds
@@mickmay630 Your "Somehow" is sin, it is as you say before that makes destroys our goodness. It is a sin nature will have inherited that will be removed upon a given glorified body. The ones that die before sinning (abortion, miscarriage, murdered before accountability etc.) are good in God's eyes, though they have the nature they have not committed sin against their Creator.
The wages of sin is death, we have earned our separation from God, and is only by His gift can we ever acquire it through His mercy and grace by giving everything He had.
We then are to walk in righteousness doing His will above all, not of our own but but by His righteous act. We should not do these things as to works but as to the same love He showed us.
How can anyone claim to be saved, and not have any regard to others are that are perishing?
You may even notice that many songs in a Christian theme seem to be self centered as to celebrate their own salvation, few will have in hopes of others obtaining the precious gift of Eternal Life.
Toby Mac has a song, I believe it is labeled "City On Our Knees" in which I really enjoy, because it speaks of "Christians" getting the gospel out.
Mick, I pray that it is a goal of yours that this next year, we and I as well as others, get out and share the gospel to a lost and dying world.
