We love you Michael Tait. You have the sweetest spirit. Without meeting your dear, precious Mama, I know she was a woman of God, and a kind person b/c it's evident by the way you turned out. Hang in there, I know this is a painful and sad time, in spite of the joys our faith gives us.

God bless you and comfort you sir. The 'firsts' without a loved one, especially a mom or dad is always particularly difficult. Thank God for Jesus who allows us to grieve, but with hope. For we stand on His promise that to be absent from the body is to present with the Lord.

I recently lost my grandmother on my mother's side. It wrecked our family. She was a big part of our holiday traditions. I'm sorry for your loss, Michael. They are both in heaven and will continue to be a part of our traditions.
I am very sorry for your loss Michael. I lost my Nana and it does make the holidays a little more difficult. However my son said something that made me smile and hope you will too. He said "Nanas lucky. She gets to be at Jesus's birthday party and he will be there." Michael, your mother gets to celebrate Christmas with the birthday boy too.. Thank you for your awesome music. Your songs over the years has truly helped my Faith grow. God bless you and your family. May he bring you comfort.

Michael is such a genuinely incredible guy. You can tell he really loves God and has a heart for people. So glad I had the joy of growing up listening to his amazing voice. :)

Thankyou for sharing, i lost my mom in 2008 a week before thanksgiving. Just know we serve a merciful God who loves us all and sometimes takes our love ones cause he is merciful. My mother died of Copd, which she would have never get better and was hooked up with oxygen. She now rests in His arms. You are never alone. He is always there beside you. Lean on Him.
For believers death is only temporary separation. One day we will have ETERNITY with loved ones in Christ. Condolences to the Tait family.

Love you Michael. Most of my family are gone to heaven. The holidays can be so hard. If it wasn't for my son, I'd probably not even celebrate them.

Michael, I will be praying for you and your family this Thanksgiving as you celebrate with your family without your momma at the table. My daddy passed last year and it was hard and still hard to not have him here with our family.

I'm sorry for your loss. I was at winter jam in Sac. In California on 11-16-13 an the somg u played for ur mom it made me wanna cry cuz it made me think.of my mom. I'm a 19 y.o. guy an idk but i kinda kno how u fell i would b such a reck with out my parents well any of my fam passin away. They mean so much to me. Would have loved to b able to meet u in person. This was MY 1ST CHRISTIAN CONCER after gettin saved. More to come for sure. Prayin for u an ur fam. God bless

Im sorry for your loss. Its hard to get over the loss of a family close to the holidays. I almost lost my grandma before Thanksgiving but fortunately God healed her enough to come home. She did not come to our house for Thanksgiving but,still had dinner brought in for her. it was hard not having her around cuz she is a strong believer in God and she kept us together as a family. Thank you Michael for always sharing your heart, God bless you and your family during this time of the year when family does gather and there's an empty spot at the table and in our hearts. I'll be praying for yall, may your hearts be filled with memories of past thanksgivings and Christmas' and always always always talk about your momma especially with those nieces. I talk with my sons about their grandfather as though he is still alive just temporally gone away bc praise The Lord we can live today for a tomorrow with our loved ones and our Lord. I may never meet you this side of heaven but I'll see you on the other side brother! Keep singing for Christ, you've always been one of my favorites! ❤️

I'm sorry for your lost Michael. i lost my dad when i was 15. I lost my mom when i was 29. i just lost my oldest brother this past July..

l just had this sudden realization that my sister who passed on 10 years ago, gets to meet his mother now!

Michael i know its hard but the good part is that she's in heaven. I know how you feel many of my family members died but their all Cristian they all exepted god as their one and only god.P.S I'm a big fan of Newsboys.
