Thanks for the shout out and doing this video. I really enjoyed playing this on the 3do, it was much more powerful than the ps1 version. The guests seriously are tough to please. Argh. I loved the variety of the rides and nature features.

@BenRai2k you're most welcome Ben, thank you kindly for watching and your comment, while also for your vote on this classic.
Ah, I see, so is the 3DO Better?
Yeah I loved the rides and variety too. I liked the look of the rides and animations in this game.

Theme park for the PS1 had just an eerie feeling to it, especially the first person mode - such a huge park but so weirdly quiet... And I loved it!

@surrenderfleet haha, I remember playing the Ps1 version all those years ago after its release. Great times. Thank you very kindly for watching and commenting too. Did you have a favourite ride/attraction?

@DoctorVirtual honestly I was too young to appreciate the game at the time, thinking back I didn't have a clue what I was doing (what do you mean you need to pay your staff?!)... I'd probably go with the water flume because it was easier to build than the rollercoaster!

@herbbert2655 Good afternoon, and thank you very kindly for watching. Did you enjoy the SNES version? I don't think I've played that version.
Are you a fan of rollercoaster tycoon games, too?

Loved this game, but I played it exclusively on PC back in the day. Now with my retro handheld I tried to revisit this game using the PS1 version, but as you mentioned the controls make it a bit tough and feel extremely dated. However I find the PS1 (or if your device can play the PS2) release of the 3D sequel Theme Park World (different names depending on region and platform) is the better one to revisit and still keep the retro charm (since the Roller Coaster Tycoon series, the superior series once it released, never got a console release).

Hello there, I'd like to thank you very much for commenting and watching, I greatly appreciate it. Yeah, the ps1 controls are not that great for this classic, it's very odd and out of place to use. I haven't played theme park world yet sadly, but I do love the roller coaster tycoon game, that's beyond epic. Did you have a favourite ride? Attraction?

Great game, I liked it on the Amiga. The only problem with this game was that Rollercoaster Tycoon came out and did everything better, so I never went back to this much

@VVc0w thank you kindly for your comment Darren. I've not played the Amiga version, sadly.
