Yeah, it takes considerably lesstime to do clean offs than clean outs. So I generally charge less. I also do maintenance plans that include guard repair, and thats a bit more than standard clean offs.
What do you say to people when you tell them you have to use their water, and how do they usually react? Do you have to explain to them how inexpensive water actually is? I have a screenshot on my phone of the water rates in the area to show them if they have a problem with it.

Most of my clients are expecting me to use their water, but for those tat ask i usually say our industry standard is to use the water available onsite, and there would be an extra charge for water delivery. I then explain that the difference in the water bill will be less than $10 usually. Having a screenshot would help though
