We had painted my young son’s bedroom wall red to creat a superhero theme. Ugh. He had nightmares, couldn’t sleep, but I didn’t link it to the wall colour for years.
Very interesting. So my daughter and I moved into a rental property about 18 months ago and since then we have both had a decline in our physical, mental and spiritual health. Every room and the upstairs hallway is painted dark grey. Also we have very little natural light in the downstairs area. We can’t repaint and it is very depressing.
Oh I’m sorry you are having a hard time. Like blue, black and dark grey etc represents water energy and therefore in excess can affect your emotions. The opposite of water is earth so maybe see if you can bring some stones or shells into the home to displace and absorb some of the energy. Aim for a minimum of 5lbs/2.5kg and adjust as things change. And with it being so dark - maybe see if you can put some white/pale wall hangings or pictures to brighten that area. Just be careful if what they artwork represent - avoid scenes of water and boats etc, and of single women/objects. Good luck and let us know how you get on!
Hello! I am very curious to know the meaning of all the colors. My house is almost all green - different shades (heart chakra), and I was thinking maybe I needed this color because my heart was too cold...there was a time when I couldn't feel a beat or a pulse. With meditation and many apologies to my heart for neglecting it, I am better now. Thank you!.
Green is a wood (plant) colour and represents growth and development which is sounds like you've done a fair amount of! Well done! The only thing to bear in mind is that there is a lot of life force in wood energy which may affect your sleep, or the quality of your sleep. If this is the case, you may want to add some metal colours (white/creams/pastels/gold/silver/bronze etc) in your bedroom to counteract that energy slightly. Hope that helps - let me know if you have any more queries. 😌💫
Thank you for watching! - Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Too much red is not fine.

If you're still there, it's worth asking of you can repaint. For a good tenant landlords are often more accommodating than the contract suggests.
love this!
Thank you 😍
So nice 👍🙏
Thank you so much 😍
