I've tried at least 30 different eyeliners (despite many recommendations and buying from the cheapest to most expensive and none really performed) and the Clio Kill Black felt tip is the first with no transfer or budging and I'm so pleased. (thanks jennytwong )

Hmmm... If you really want budge proof then I'd go with the Clio kill lasting superproof. The removing part would just be a challenge tho. ☺️ The clio kill black/brown, kiss me heroine make, and kpalette are my definite go to..

I bought the Isehan Heroine eyeliner and it dried in less than a month. I'm gonna try the other brands next time. I can't find a Dolly Wink eyeliner here in the Philippines. Have you tried the Lilyinred eyeliner? Is it good?
im surprised! i still have my Isehan Heroine make eyeliner from a year ago, but it could be because i have a few eyeliners in rotation😊 you can buy the dolly wink eyeliner in Yesstyle and when i lived in Singapore before i think it's available in watsons but not sure in the philippines.
Hi @jackikay2011 i've tried so many different brands from Korean, Japanese, Western, and so far the best one for me are still Maybelline mascara! For some reason they're still the best in my opinion and definitely doesn't smudge on oily lids. What I'm using now is the Maybelline Total Temptation Waterproof mascara and it's seriously the best! gives the best curl that looks naturally thick! Maybe try them and it might work for you!

Hi there! I'm glad u were able to discover clio products! they're the best!❤️❤️ For oily lids u definitely have to go with clio liquid liner. Most gel liners will always have some slight smudging no matter how water proof they are so just go with the liquid one. Hope this helps!

Hey Jenny!!☺️ tbh i'm still on my quest on finding the best one and i also think it's impossible for a gel liner or pencil liner to be smudge proof but so far the one that i've tried that smudge lesser compared to others that I've tried is The Saem Saemmul Easy Eyeliner - it has been my ultimate favourite for years now! I always notice that i have the littlest smudging whenever i use that..I'm also finding Kiss Me auto liners to smudge less too..☺️ i hope this helps!!

Hi Flor, i've been looking for pencil liners that doesn't smudge on ouly lids for tight lining as well and it is quite hard to find them. 😔 The closest one that i tried that only smudges a little are 1. Clio So Sharp So Simple Gel liner 2. Bbia Gel Liner 3. Colorgram King Eye Liner These ones somehow have less smudging for me so kaybe try them. Let me know what you think.

Most will smudge even the tiniest bit, but i'll recommend you some that I've tried that smudges lesser than usual - and remember to put eye primer on ur lids to lessen the oiliness on ur lids: - The Saem Saemmul Easy Eyeliner - Clio So Sharp So Simple Eyeliner - Kiss Me Heroine Make Gel Eyeliner Hope this helps honey!😘😘

There are some eyeliners especially liquid liners are not "jet black"(not all). i find that i get that pure jet black whenever i use those potted gel liners, and the rare times that i find a jet black liquid liner it tends to smudge on my lids 😔 There could be a few factors why the kpalette smudged on ur lids. Based on my experience, some people would have a slightly oilier lids than others and i've seen this so i suggest using an eye primer - this always works! Another factor is if the liner hasn't completely dried then it will likely smudge, this has happened to me before. If you want that jetblack liner and like really budge proof, the Clio Kill Lasting is a better option, i always struggle removing it. ☺️ Hope this helps. ❤️
Hi Alejandra, i have seen a few different versions of the Dolly Wink eyeliners and i havent tried them yet. I thought they are just different packagings and formula is still the same, Have u tried the new ones yourself?

BUT everything changed when I tried the K-PALETTE REAL STRONG TATTOO EYELINER! 😭 However, I can no longer find one online and in stores! So, I hope someone from Japan will send me one at a reasonable price. Haha 😭
My tears always flow when I laugh and feel tired. It annoyed me when They eyeliner started to smudge. What do you mean by smudgeproof? Does it stick on our eyelid even when tears drop or even when we rub our eyes? Cause I never found good one :(((
what i meant with smudge proof here is even when my lid is oily the liner doesnt transfer to my lid. if u are looking for rub proof and transfer proof - even oil proof, try the clio Kill Lasting liner..they are hard to remove😂

I'm sorry that was your experience. :( Our skin varies and your skin may have excess sebum or you live in a humid weather which makes skin sticky and oily. What I would suggest to help with this is put an eye primer on your lids before putting an eye liner. this will help avoid transfer and smudging.
i have the kpalette 1day tattoo liner, and nothing is coming out… i just bought it:( the brush is dry and i keep shaking the liner for the product to come out but nothing
