The Land Rover 109 Series 2a Single Cab Pickup is great, what a beast. Some serious mod's on the body work and it shows in the clearance which is superb by the looks of things. Any idea what engine it's running, original or swapped out?
@@lror really good stuff. I have always wondered about the 4bd1t, looks to be a great engine, I saw another one of your videos in which the defender in question did a very impressive hill climb and I was doubting it would make it but slow and steady and it went right up without a fault. Great conversion for sure.
@@lror Landy's up front and pulling up the rear. No one can get stuck now ;) As much as i love my Landy's, (2xD1 & 1xD 3HSE V8) , its great to see how other travelers tackle obstacles. Great stuff. Love your work!
Haha definitely some bangs coming up the frame and through the seat. The interesting thing is after this bottom section the terrain changes drastically and you'd think your in a totally different area.
Agreed, it just seems to be the doors and the split screen cab that are left on the outside. Its even got coil springs so may even have a 90 chassis. As always top quality offroading on this channel.
I'm always a bit more excited when there are more Landies participating 👍
Go the landys 💪👍👏
Plenty more landys coming guys. Thanks for your support 👍
Stock low range ratio of 3.3:1 is a treat to watch here, of course driver skills are equally as important.
Absolutely awesome video guys, this is on my list of places to go wheeling
Well said!
Thanks Jeeper you would enjoy Coffs Harbour as it has something for everyone.

Thanks for your long time support 👍🍻
Awesome Landies and epic trail !!
Agree completely!
Yeah some land rover weapons in this one.
All did very well. You guys are nuts BTW.
Haha thank you we'll take that one 😂👍🍻
Awesome videoguys, great to see so many Landys
Go the landys 👏👍💪 good on them!!
Thanks guys glad you enjoyed this one. Part 2 should be even more fun.

@@terrytees yep a ton of mods. Lots of clearance thanks to the volvo portal diffs. It's powered by an Isuzu 4bd1t.

LROR luv’n Tree Cam near the end...!!! 👍😂
What a gnarly track, can't wait to see the next episode 👍👌
Its going to be good
Agreed
Landies are looking good...❤
Good to have so many Landys out again 💪😍
Excellent, very difficult route. The old team in the game. My friend on Disco 2 in my put wheels lot more?
Yes its not an easy trail but great to see and catch up with the guys. The disco 2 is now on 35inch tyres, well spotted 👍
@@lror I need his advice. I also want to put 35 tires. But Disco 2 requires modification for them. What did he do, very interesting? Thanks.
nice video
Thank you 👍
Go the shorty !!!
Go Jeep. Im glad you joined us mate 🍻👍
Once again awesome video guys
Thanks a lot 👍👍👍
Gnarly cobber! Great line up of trucks, all havin a crackin time! Greatly appreciate your efforts. Cheers from Gympie.
Thanks mate. It so good to have a Landy dominated trip again.

Hi from my home town at coffs harbour :)
@@dionedwards3231 hi
Good Ol Coffs Harbour. We need to get up there one day
It's good fun mate, you boys will enjoy it.
Yes Great film again! So good driving, all well calculated moves on challenging trails.
Is there a vehicle with portal axles in your group?
Thanks man. There sure is, the first Landy in this one. A lot more footage of it coming up in part 2.
Hi there , nice video :) , just a question what tires have the Land Rover Discovery 2a TD5 ? thanks and kip offroading
Thank you. The disco 2 is running Toyo Open Country MT tyres in a 315/75 r16. They are a very good all round tyre from our experience.
@@lror ok many thanks m8 😉
Looks like kidney carnage on that trail.😫

I JUST GOTTA GO BACK...!!!! 😳😬😂
You know its a good trail when you just got to go back 😉👍
LROR Vikki wants to drive it too....!!! 👍😊
@@Aliens_Gonna_Get_Ya off course she does 😁
Nice track, is that a dried up creek bed?
Its great fun. Look out for tomorrow's video where the terrain changes.
i dont think there's much Series 2a left on that one :D

Yes its heavily modified guys but still on series chassis with Volvo Portal Diffs and coil conversion.
@@lror and a 3.9 Isuzu if my ears don't lead me astray 😉 and probably a lt95 box set up
@@ADVtheMISSIONARY your hearing is finely tuned my friend 😃 Off memory it has the MSA truck box rather than the 4 speed 95.
Is that first puddle filled with Mark Greens tears , because no TJ?
is that trail a dried up river
just looks painful
It's not an easy run that's for sure.
at 17.10, was that "Belly Scratch Gullet" ?
Participate G wagon and let's see how strong it is
That would be interesting.
