I got the same one and the motor shut off suddenly and all my things defrosted , I had it on level 7 , the next day I tried putting it on a lower level 5 and shortly after that the motor turned back on and since then both my freezer and fridge part is working perfectly , I’m not sure why it can’t be kept on level 7 but I would recommend not going higher then level 5 👌
I have the stainless steel look(still plastic) 3.1 identical to this video. I got it on black Friday a few years ago for $129. My main disappointment is without warning the freezer section stops working correctly. Whatever items I have in the freezer begin to defrost and I end up throwing away a lot of things. This has happened at two different locations and usually at least once a year. I dont know what causes it but, want to warn others. I mainly use it for storing drinks in the fridge area. I rarely use the freezer any more.
I bought one a couple of weeks ago and my only problem with it is, the back of the fridge will be just as cold as the freezer, I was wondering if someone could help, I'm not sure how to set the temperature on the fridge and keep the back like a fridge but also have the freezer freez, because there's only one dial I can't figure out what temp to set it to where the freezer will freeze things and the back of the fridge will keep things cool like the rest of the fridge
I got the Gance or GALNZ fridge and it doesn't even work and you could tell by looking at the Box it looked as though somebody returned it it didn't even have an instruction manual Walmart sucks

My son bought me the 4.3 cubic full door and didn't think he would need the warranty he bought it in June or July this year and it broke never again will we buy these products

They would have sent you a new one because it was still under warranty for one year.
