Gotta admit all of the References are a little to coincidental to not have some truth to them. Rockstar is known for teasing Future Releases in their games so even a skeptic can't call it all a Coincidence.

This interpretation is kind of sad. It shows the internal struggle at Rockstar, one side wants money, and is backed by a parent company, while the other wants to please us
I think it's a bit more complicated than that, but it's a start. I doubt Rockstar makes games for us in particular. "Us" could be anyone from Strange Man to Hillary Clinton. Rockstar makes games as they themselves would like, within their own creative vision. On the other hand, what is the point of producing a game without resources? I'd imagine financial backers would want to give GTA 6 as much resources to succeed, lest they turn it into a rushed, unpolished games like certain titles in the past. It's a rough road to walk, but I imagine it will all turn out okay. :)

Like any business, it's all about supply and demand. When the demand for the new game gets to the point where enough of the consumers stop spending money on the old product, the company will supply a new product. It's just a matter of time, waiting for the point when the potential profitability of the new game will outweigh the actual profitability of the old game.

He’s missing the in-depth part that proves it’s Vice City that Rockstar is talking about when they mean “East”. The letter was written in 1797, and the author and receiver are both Spanish obviously. In 1797, California and Florida were both under control of Spain. Meaning the only place that makes sense for a Spanish missionary to head back to in the east would be Florida.

@@Sosozanyway this video has a point. I mean, Rockstar GTA are somewhat repetitive. They remake a lot of common locations. How many times they remake the city of Liberty and state of San Andreas? It makes sense that Vice City is the next location that needs some remaking..
@@romella_karmey well Gta started off with Liberty City, Vice City and San Andreas. In the original game. Its logical to see GTA Vice City and San Andreas as DLC kinda like the same as Lost and the Damned and The ballad of gay Tony Is to GTA 4. Im surprised they never expanded San Andreas. Since we are in a small section of that original map. They could make Vice city and introduce an Online mode Connecting the 3 cities via An airport or just flying outside the map. They don't even have to reset the LVl they can just reset it per map making it more like Reputation based per city. Making our RP into LS RP and the others VC RP LCVP. To keep the game going.

Great video. I hope GTA 6 has options to greet and antagonize like RDR2. This allows immersion and makes every encounter with an NPC personal and meaningful.
Honestly I think RDR2 was a great way to test the waters for what works and what doesn't. Love the improvement they made from GTA V to RDR2 with the strangers/freaks missions and random encounters. Having lots of side missions to do definitely works. But an honor system and greet/antagonise may take away from the crazy over the top vibe of GTA. RDR2 is a game that is well grounded and you want to immerse yourself in the story and be a part of the characters, but GTA is all about the wild shenanigans. Also them seeing the success of marketing their game (GTA Online) towards a younger audience will definitely play a part in the next game.

RDR2 is the perfect example of how if given enough time, the devs at R* can create nothing short of a masterpiece. It's easily one of the best games ever created. With GTA 6 I'm just worried about what T2 is trying to force on to them, like how much they have to work, how the pay walls and in game purchases will be set up for the online, and other game play or story telling concepts (if GTA 6 even has a story).
As I've heard other commentators say, nobody can afford backlash like what Cyberpunk went through. The entire Rockstar fan base would be ticked if GTA VI turned out like that. It needs to be like RDR2 in gameplay and story. I wish we had another GTA story like that.
I honestly think the best outcome for R* at this point would be to go independent. I know they can't just do that, because T2 owns them and wants to keep them, but they have enough money and one of the most experienced and skilled developer teams out there, and independence would be highly beneficial for them.

@@SW-8228 The problem is that it is making enough money that Take 2 don't want to upset their revenue stream, as it costs little to maintain it and slowly add content, compared to making a new GTA game that will take away interest in GTA 5. Basically the GTA franchise suffers from it's own success.

Seeing the GTA VI Trailer in this time and watching this, i am so amazed about the clues that rockstar had left for us is RDR2. its like the GTA and the RDR series lore was meant for each other, we could predict that blanco in RDR2 could be related to lucia in gta 6 because she might be a drug lord and we could reference the mugshot to the prison break scene in the gta 6. Truly amazing

You saw it with Red Dead Online. Its nothing compared to GTA Online. You dont know if the online version of GTA VI will be as successful as it is right now.
I seriously believe the leak.. look at the game history of R*. Used to make a big game every year.. but its pretty much dead since 2013. RDR2 is the only major game of the past 8 years.

I'd love to have GTA VI in Vice City. Even the Roman Numerals match up. It would be a nostalgia trip for me because I played VCS as a kid and VC a couple of years back. Just to have an expanded map and some call backs would be appreciated

You also said that Dan AGREES with Take Two’s approach to focusing on GTA online when he actually left Rockstar over his disagreement with T2, wishing that they’d put the emphasis back on story.
That's what I'm thinking too. Dan is more of a story creator guy than Sam who mostly does business stuff.

apart from shark cards there's nothing you can buy with real money in GTAO so that argument is dead, you can buy anything you want by grinding unlike other games
You know if Rockstar can't make their money how they suppose to release a new better game that will have more stuff that we can do to have fun plus we are all lucky that they are nice enough to give us free DLCs cause the money that they have,and if they didn't find the way to make more money we wouldn't have free DLCs and probably those DLCs would be more expensive that most people wouldn't buy that they can't play with their friends that has it.

its an easter egg. you go into the burnt area and do the konami code. a large bear boss battle will appear and it will strip you of every weapon except a knife. its like a Mario boss. you strike him 3 times and you win and kill him. after that a golden book will fall from the sky. you can pick it up and take it over to the doctors office in saint denis. once you are in there you will find an urn. if you hold ur action button you will place the book into the urn and it will burst into flames. once that happens you run outside and there will be a fully black horse. get on that horse and ride all the way back to the burnt location. a ufo will appear and abduct you. once you are inside the ufo you can murder all the aliens and take control of the UFO yourself. you can then fly it around and keep it like you would keep a horse.
