Because mine from the Kickstarter just came in and its not only visually better looking than the knockoff, and the analogue stick, gears, and buttons are of better quality. This is the original design before they redesigned stuff for their patent and for durability.
I have the one from kick starter and a china clone. The china one isnt far off in quality.. i was hugly disapointed once i got the original cub
