I think since you said that the person making the brownie said "their client" they probably were a trainer or something but the point of the protein powder, peanut butter adds protein and the oats and oat flour makes it a healthier version I think. Basically it's just a really sweet protein bar.

If you sprinkle a good amount of olive oil, SALT & pepper on the garlic before roasting, it'll help cook/soften quicker. (SALT helps to bring out moisture in garlic, onions, etc....) Use a small strainer or sifter to sprinkle the powdered sugar on the banana pastry to make it finer and remove the chunks of sugar) Will look professional and taste great!!!😊

Duchess potatoes are so seventies....like I literally used to make them in the 70's. Save yourself a headache. First, buy either a ricer or a drum sieve, heaps easier. Second, dont bother with the piping bag at all. Just grease a ceramic baking dish with lots of butter (cause it will add flavour) dump the potatoes (after youve mashed and added garlic ect) then whack some melted butter over the top and put in the oven on a fairly high heat. 20 minutes later, take them from the oven and serve. All the flavour, lovely crispy top and no naffy silly piping. Win!! They still taste the same, just less fuss.
So? 🤔 With the Banana ? Recipe(the one wrapped and baked )is the banana completely mushy? Or is it just warm at the point it comes out of oven ? I know I can make it but !!!😊 Not till I buy groceries ❤❤❤

if you blitz your oats in a foodprocesser/blender you create oat flour! perhaps for next time :)
