Good lord I played so much of this game as a kid. It's one of my favorite titles from the PS2. This may sound cliche but I really think it was ahead of its time in graphics, presentation and interactivity. The ragdolls, the blood splatter, the unique mechanics, the physics, the fire animations, and just the general feeling of being caught amidst some kind of war/disaster with police, firefigthers and medics running around feels unmatched to this day.
Fun Fact: The reason the name needed to changed is because of a man named Randel B. Reiss. He helped start a company called Technopop in 1990 "They're the 1st 3rd Party Developer for the SEGA Genesis". They developed a game called Zero Tolerance for it in 1994. Although the company went defunct in 2000, Randel still held onto the assets from his former company; Including the copyright to the Zero Tolerance name.
dude, this game actually amazing and underrated. I remember back then my big bro playing this game and i love to watch it, the stage is different to each other and well design
2:58 / 2:59 - it's also a rifle. HK SL8 it's a butchered sporterized semi-auto only civilian version of the G36. It's a victim of American Bureaucracy regarding imported rifles. All because of the 1989 firearms Imports ban and the 1994 "assault weapons ban" (AWB expired in 2004) that struck the whole USA. So the only way HK found to import rifles to USA without any trouble was to comply with the ATF 922r demands and sporterize/butcher their G36. Since the G36 was created in the 90s.

I'm an American and I've got to say this is pretty close. You have no idea how much wack shit happens here. I was bored and decided I'd rob a cargo train with some friends, it was winter, so it was incredibly cold, -20° F or -29° C, we stole a bunch of computer parts and related items, the train conductor however called the cops who rolled up trying to shoot us and the conductor couldn't or wouldn't stop the train, we moved forward to get better cover, and the cops hit the conductor, derailing this train into the snow, we hightailed it home and this never made it onto the news, I assume as it was an embarrassment for the police. Or was buried under the snow. This isn't even uncharacteristic for America the government has derailed like 5 trains full of toxic chemicals
