I am trying to min/max my PvE reforge as summoner necro but I found a bug. Here is the setup and notice the bug on slot 2:
Slot 1: Damage done by your summons increased 4% - This one increases attack of all my summons
Slot 2: Damage to elite enemies increased 6% - I first noticed this one does not affect my summons at all and after more testing my conclusion is it is not working for any damage.
Slot 3: Critical hit damage increased by 3% - This one works on my summons
Slot 4: Damage done to enemies below 30% life increased 4% - This one works on my summons
Slot 5: Primary attack damage increased 4% - This one works on my summons primary attacks
Shoutout to Blizzard? Patch notes are supposed to be available for the player base not just for content creators!

This. And Immortals/whale clans will get pvp damage towers and become even more unbeatable. I’m worried. But still like it and am excited to see how it all plays out. Something fresh for endgame is good no matter what.
I’m with you! I’m in one of the top three or four clans on my server (we have been immortal four times) but I hope it won’t be like that and clans that aren’t top ten will get a chance also and that like the BG, we won’t get destroyed by whales in one more pvp venue. I am beyond tired of p2w folks stomping me over and over in the BG and I would hate to think it will just be more of that. I was kind of hoping that gems wouldn’t be included in this pvp and it would be more strategy-based and team-based working together.
@Jornibret Falcon PvP I agree they need to do a balance system on the BG. I think I would be cool that if there's like 46 towers each clan can get like 3 a piece this would ensure fairness over all and make strategies a biggest part. But like others have said the whales would go straight for DPS. But of they made it to where the others with there towers had like benefits to help them achieve more and gear towards those whales to be taken down might maybe bring a little balance. I know it's not perfect just a thought
It would be nice if the tower system allows for nearly every clan member to contribute to defending/attacking, and Kit necessarily be excluded to your top 10 strongest players in clan, although I have a feeling this is exactly how it’s going to be..
There will be more drama, because clan will target specific clan towers to get revenge. Its going to be really fun in world chat to read people talking shit.
If it's only going to be the top eight people from each clan competing for these towers I think that this new update is going to be a clan breaker.

Hey bro can you do a video on how to get back into the swing of things? I'm paragon 30 and want to give the game another shot while I wait for D4. I know there's been a lot of changes since I've played and it's a bit overwhelming
You have three months before and honestly at paragon 30 there won't be a lot of people in your zones. Paragon is up to 600 now so you can play again but don't expect to be having full parties or much of anything, just grinding
Run the solo challenge rifts every time you gain some cr, defeating challenge rifts solo = better gear drops. Also, look for hidden layers when open world farming and get as many normal gems from them as possible. Of course get into the demonic portal raids when you can and get carried through em. This should help a bit. Then in my opinion you try to get better set items. The demonic portal raids offer up to 5 different sets of rewards each week. You'll see the whatever out of 5 number when getting ready to raid.
stay in D4 bro, we don't want new players complaining in world chat when everything is spoon feed to them, old players are actually tired of new lazy players.

I am really excited to try something new when it comes to pvp and at least were finally getting some attention on pvp. Im not a fan that its between clans though, the map should just be added to the bg queue system

Hi DM or anyone who knows, I have a question, Does the Shadow Assembly Buffs (blessings) have an effect during Shadow War? If so, is there a huge impact? Is it better to organize and assemble early for Shadow War or is it worth it to stand and wait for blessings and then head to war? TIA for answering.

Yeah, this is another huge update for the whales to enjoy. Unless you've put 1000's of $$$ into this game, it won't be for you.
There will be a lot more towers than there are top clans. And since the fights all happen at the same time the "top 10 players" can only defend one of them each week.

As long as everyone gets to participate in the new PvP. Hopefully it’s not just the same top 10 clan members every time or it would be a bust.

12 makes more sense; then you have 1 full party for each of the 3 towers, in theory. Still full parties. Small broken parties like that make my crusader sad

Do you know if there will be a time where after you take a tower where other clans will not be able to attempt to take it back? We are on a very competitive server, and if the towers can always be getting attacked, none of us will be able to hold them very long.

As if you can do anything freely in this game. All events are scheduled. So will this one. Prolly few days of the week for couple hours where only whales get to play. Have fun.

My question about posion or any dot damage is, is it reduced if the duration is reduced by a cursed gear.
What i mean is for example we have 100 damage in the span of 4 second, that's 25/s. If for example it's duration is reduced by 50%, will the damage still be 25/s or 50/s?
If it's 50/s, reduce duration is beneficial to dot since it can deal more dot at a shorter time.

Hey do video with monk & dmg buff together. I'm trying to run an urge build. Plus benefit bonus and all skill speed on gear. I have all purple unlock gear. I have stats like 30 + 30 percent benefit and 45 percent or less cool down on the buffs for helm dmg buff. Crusader also has a dmg buff for party stack.

everyone in the clan, because everything will happen at the same time. So the clan will spread out people to defend or raid towers. Clans should organize people to groups, attacking or defending.
I looked at the notes and it looks like pvp is once a week for just 3 hours. Starts Saturday at 9pm and ends 3 hours later at 12am Sunday. Also, it looks like everyone can participate in the pve side of it BUT NOT THE PVP SIDE. SO LAME. I am so fucking disappointed...
Also battle ground matchmaking needs to simply be better and award points for more things than just wins alone. Should implement some scoring that is earned thru in game performance combined with a win either or be assist/kills/standing on objective (idol)
DM I have suggestions to improve game. Take away vault trash. Make it similar to Ancient arena objective chest in middle. Both teams on each side immortal shadow. Chest takes 20 seconds to open either sneak open chest or kill team to secure chest.

I don't think the game needs more rng BS on gear it needs way less tbh especially with how low the drop rates are on proper gear pieces already.

We need more load out options in armory. 10 classes would be better than the current 5.
Also during death cooldown timer on battleground we need to have you an option to switch load out. At an armory screen that goes away after countdown. Similar to Call of duty.

As much as I anticipate the new content, I also worried for the amount of bugs thats going to be introduced with every update. The issues from the last new dungeon, Stormpoint, are still in the game, hello orange elite under the bridge, yes I know that is not game breaking, but still, the speed in which the devs fixes bugs are very slow and every new update, more issues come faster than they are fixed.
So did you ask whats the droprate for green item now? and whats the drop rate after buff?
Ok kudos to them about the pvp gear. I stated before this game needed it if they are marketing pvp to differentiate themselves from PC Diablo. Now about the new clan bg it's a start in the right direction but we already have a pvp where whales dominate the game in pvp and pve. There is absolutely nothing for new, f2p, low spenders. With d4 coming out you would think they would implement a system to retain a majority of their player base. Greedy p2w games always die off when they neglect the majority of the population. With the new bg system you will never get a chance to play for your clan unless your a whale. Gl getting chose to fight for your clan unless you are 1 of 10 players in your clan 😅. Another huge problem for new players is you will never catch up to the server on cr. For example a person that is f2p that played since launch will have like nearly 1k cr on average higher than someone that recently started and caught up to server paragon with the same exact gear level. There is no way to close this gap. In terms of pvp/pve that's a huge disadvantage.
I agree. Just another huge update for the whales to have fun. Unless you've spent 1000s of dollars in this game, this update won't be for you.
There is, you grind harder than the server avg. Wrt catching up.
@@kpNov23 with helliquary, haradrim, legendary gems, regular gems, upgrade items. You will never catch up to a f2p grinder as a new player unless they stop playing. That’s it. Your only option to catch up. Even if you play 10+ hours a day for months you are not catching up bud keep believing that you will ever do it lol. There are daily/weekly caps on a lot of things bud.

None of this even matters because we are simply going to be one shotted by whales every single encounter.

Dm is the new hell 8 mainhand weapon for barb viable to make a normal atk build? I was thinking of 4 pc gloom 2 pc shalabas. I think it might be promising. The buffs and stacking enemey debuffs are just tempting to try. Sadly i havent reached 600 and cant try it yet

strictly clan based from what i can tell. timeframe not disclosed. didnt sound like longer then 15-20

It's definitely 12 vs 12 because that allows you to make 3 full parties.

their patch notes have historically always been late. I was not the only person who was given info. I believe i am the only person who has prepared in advanced and created a video to give you guys the news the second it was available. it was off nda as of 27th, and i stayed up exactly to past midnight in order to give info the second i could, as i know people where waiting on it. there where other creators there and i cant speak for them. I am doing my best to service whatever i can for the community.

I'm definitely pleasantly surprised by their communication. I think with a content update this large it's a very good idea, otherwise we're all just stumbling around trying to figure out the mechanics of the new content.
I also agree that the writing, voice acting, etc. has been top tier. I was legit invested in the Stormpoint update. I can't say how much time I'll be investing in Immortal after D4's full launch, but I'm glad they're committed to the game and the players (AKA, it must still be making enough money to keep the content coming).
I have a clan mate who is 61 years old, a doctor and loves the game so much he is around 4k reso. Mobile game monetary is something special.

BG should be 2 rounds. And a switch side. One side goes offense one round one side goes defense next round. Make games shorted or even less points needed is fine.

Agree, they can introduce whole arena from WoW 2v2, 3v3, 5v5 etc etc but as game is p2w these modes will not be enjoyable for 80% of players at least.
New pvp mode is basically just a small arathi basion off wow then and the curesed gear is like the corruption gear from shadowlands
Not gonna lie, but after 6 days with D4, going back to Immortal will be rough. Game feels so underwhelming and clunky to play after the absolute blast that was the fluidity of D4's combat. June can't come soon enough.
This is PC vs phone . No comparison in terms of depth. But phone games bring their own benefits.

Was a test account that belongs to blizzard most likely. They probably have tools to create gems, create crests or even create leggos as they wish, for testing purposes.

there would be more problems to fix. im waiting for a PvP where the RESO IGNORED. so more skill related. then comes the balancing, to stop or reduce the barb s undying rage to be invulnerable for 5 secs. its an absolute nonsense.

True the whole undying bs with barbs is absolutely crazy. I've literally seen a barb being attacked by around 5 other players basically the whole match and not die. 😂

Pvp... Hopefully they make it so off a clan has the 10 most powerful (big spenders) they don't mobilize all towers.... But rely on clan to spread defense.

i dont know.. its hard to be excited and expect anything from blizzard at this point, they haven't even released the new classes which you said would come out soon as well, so all the updates you get are pretty much unreliable, IMO dont expect so you don't get disappointed

about the lore and story prespective , story is somewhat nice , voice acting as well , but its extremely frustrating having to read or listen to it , as monsters continuously respawn and interrupting the dialog and the player needs to start over

So to recap, everyone is going to socially pressure the people who don’t want to pvp, to pvp… and you will be practically obligated to wear cursed gear because that’s what will drop with the best stats and if you hate kiss curse mechanics, tough shirt…
Both things that I personally hate and I was already bored of the game.
More story sounds good to me but if I have to pvp to see it, I’m out. Like, I was already close to quitting to be honest because they keep making it impossible to customize your appearance without buying cosmetics and even then they can’t be customized just wear them or not.
If the hide helm feature finally comes it will be too little too late if I am forced to pvp and forced to wear kiss curse gear. Immortal is now officially a “pass the time on the bus” game for me and I won’t bother keeping up with server paragon or combat rating and I will stay away from any active clan because I don’t want to get invite spam and social pressure to join pvp.
