- In an uncertain world with so much unrest, it's hard at times to find encouragement when things are so dark. A million and one voices with many different opinions bombard us daily. How should we view the global unrest as a Christian, and even when things are upside down... still find peace and joy in life?

I have been seeing as of late people thinking you are either a believer in Christ or science. Personally, I believe our Lord created scientists and they bless us with their gifts. I was a bit concerned when I saw the topic of this video, but I am very thankful that I watched it. Thank you!

Proverbs 3:5-6 have been verses that comforted me over the past few months. They read: "Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He wills how you which path to take." I plan to go back and rewatch the ending of the video so I can write down all the scriptures you quoted.

Does not the Word of God clearly exhort, Acts 1:7, ".....'IT IS NOT FOR YOU TO KNOW THE TIMES OR DATES THE FATHER HAS SET BY HIS OWN AUTHORITY.'" It is a pity the rebellious will not accept the infallible & irrefutable Word of God.

Wonderful video and much needed. Everyday, I read The Word and pray for peace. At 67 years of age, my husband is 70; we have lived through many turbulent and historical times. Every time, I find myself experiencing fear, I say to myself (or out loud if I'm home), "God is working." It does help. God bless you all.

Wonderfully well said! I totally agree! Have to say Ive never witnessed, or felt so much fear in all my life. It can seem suffocating at times to be around people who are ruled by fear. Fear also lowers the immune system and makes people susceptible to all kinds of sickness. Praying and wearing the Full Armor of God!

In each of these, it calls for us to concentrate on Jesus and not the things around us that can blind us or keep us from relying on God. Isaiah 30:15 your strength will be in keeping calm and showing trust. This is our yearly text which we are being urged to focus on during theses difficult times. I find it a very good reminder to help me stay calm and at peace. It’s so easy to get caught up in the debates going on these days but I choose to be mindful of what I watch on tv or social media and keep it to a minimum. I know a lot of people are frightened by what is going on in the world and becoming so stressed and anxious. You did a great job of encouraging people to turn back to the scriptures and find the peace of God.
