    This is truly an epic project! I'm very interested to see how you end up chroming colossus. Maybe it would be possible to do a gray base with black shading in the recesses, and then gloss and graphite? Another option is to use a paint called duralumen. It gives a fantastic chrome finish and takes well to top coats.

    If I can suggest paint alternatives for Colossus.There is The chrome metal (airbrush) from Green Stuff world.All you'd need is to lay down a base of gloss black enamel to get the full reflective chrome effect.Then there's Createx Quickslver,an aluminum based acrylic that has a fantastic gloss black acrylic base that has an amazing reflective quality that can be sealed with their 4050 gloss and wont diminish the metal.Just a couple of friendly suggestions from a fellow figure kit builder.

    Could you do a video (or just explain there, I guess) about upscaling models in the slicer? Because that model is MASSIVE! It looks like all of the Be3erk models are meant to be printed at 1/6th scale, but I'd like to do one at 1/4. Not sure how to make that happen. Thanks!

    • @TheCreativeCollector
      @TheCreativeCollector  Год назад +1

      So Wicked and Berserk all scale their models in 1/6. So if you want to print in 1/4 then all you have to do is increase the scale to 150% which would be 1/4 scale.
