He isn't actually, he is shooting with the right hand, and holding the ball and directing it with his left hand, like pretty much every other player.
Tho, what's unusual with his form, and I guess what made you think he shots with both hands, is that he holds his both hands closely together, which is kinda strange, but yeah, he's got a great form.
