Hey, many thanks for the video ! I greatly appreciate your effort, however I have a series or remarks about this comparison:
    1) At @2:35 Exposed data doesn't mean Lost Data. And that was an article about Google+, a service that doesn't have anything to do with Google Drive.
    2) At @2:40 the article about Microsoft states that it was clearly a human mistake which doesn't mean that OneDrive isn't secure from a programming point of view. You can use the most secure cloud service and still expose yourself if you make stupid human mistakes.
    3) About the data that Google and Microsoft are selling, it really depends on what kind of data they are selling. I personally don't care at all if I get targeted ads on the web as a result of me using Google or Microsoft services. I don't even look at them anyway.
    4) About the pCloud, iDrive and Sync alternatives:
    - pCloud doesn't have any .doc or .xls editing capability and this means you have to download the files on the device to be able to make any changes (which kills the entire idea of using cloud sync). Also, their .xls viewer is awful. The video and photo viewer however are great and the user interfaces are also quite clean and well structured.
    - Sync does offer some .doc and .xls editing on the web through an online version of Microsoft Office, however it is not as powerful as the version offered directly by Microsoft. And the photo and video viewer from Sync is pure garbage at the moment. They don't even offer a video player for Android and the web, desktop and even android interfaces are not that good.
    - iDrive I didn't test until now
Now, I personally like pCloud a lot, but the fact that it doesn't offer me the option to edit documents and xls files directly on the cloud is a real deal-breaker... If they can manage to integrate this feature in the future, they will become my go-to option. Until then, even if Microsoft or Google are bad with privacy, I'd stick with them just for the ease of use of their cloud services.

I'm surprised there was no mention of Proton Drive.

Thanks for making the video, as it had a lot of good information but it did come off as a bit of a sales pitch for pCloud. 🙂
