Goose is a Connecticut-based indie-groove quintet featuring guitarist Rick Mitarotonda, multi-instrumentalist Peter Anspach, bassist Trevor Weekz, drummer Ben Atkind, and percussionist Jeffrey Arevalo. With a meteoric rise beginning in the summer of 2019 thanks to a string of standout festival performances, the band has gone from playing small clubs to selling out the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater in just a few years. Their latest studio album Dripfield garnered mass praise both within their community and in the more mainstream music world and established the band as far from done with their evolution.

Hi Peter - thank you for mentioning me, my wife, and Dursonix, LLC
I'm proud to get that good sound you like from that organ.
Thanks Again,
Joe
Thank you for your incredible work!!
Peter seems like such a rad dude. He really does make use out of everything up there. It's cool to get the entire breakdown of the gear. Thanks
Thanks for taking us through Peter's rig. I've been waiting patiently to see his keys.
That grand piano is comin baby.
Y'all, when I heard Rockdale live in Austin, I assumed it was just a super flanged or wahed guitar from Rick or Peter or maybe even Trevor. That clavinet is clearly the culprit. It's so ubiquitous to their funky sound, gets that nice "bwoooow" sound. Love seeing how the magic happens.
Definitely has a more modern garth Hudson feel. Especially in rockdale where you can clearly hear a The Band influence
Great content! Thanks for taking the time to make this.
Thank you! Love the band and all the music. Stay humble and freak’n GREAT.
Man I could learn so much from this guy. Rip.
His rigs come a long way since the nord stage + nord lead double rack days
Serious bass bombs
We love you, Peter!
First show recently at the Agora in Cleveland. Great sounds from all pieces and it's nice to hear Peter make that thing growl like only a few can do. Look forward to all that you guys do in the future. Keep crushing it guys. That was one of the best shows I'd seen in damn near two decades.
And of course, we are talking about that glorious C3. I've been waiting for this video.
Awesome. Thanks again!
Awesome job Ryan! 🙌
We came for Peter.
Perfect peter… keep smiling. 🥸
Genius
I love your playing.
I love this, love Peter. Goose is the new Phish, prove me wrong.
13:30 Refurb fender rhodes remake - astounding
Finally. Thank you.
I was also the 69th like, so things are really looking up for me tonight. 🙌
Peter, switch from the half-moon to a momentary piano pedal for the leslie rotor speed. You'll thank me! Frees up your left hand and keeps the fast rotation as an accent much better.
9:30 club where is Kyle!
I was putting a drone/doom rig together and I thought it was getting excessive but all these rig videos make me feel like a conservative pauper
What's
the mirror for ???
Where was this? Room looks tiny
9:30 Club in DC!
8:34 "And this is a Hammond C3" Inner Beavis: "Yhhhees YES! YEAH YEAH! Now shut up and ROCK! - Like, like PINK FLOYD - put it on a BINNNSONN! YEAH!!" (Settle down Beavis, these Keyboards get COOL later on.)
A PHYSICAL LESLIE!!!! -- Want to monkey with that and put a smooth knob speed control potentiometer on that leslie motor SO BADLY - and then you can put guitar through it and sound like hendrix - or vocals though it and sound like Queen. - wow - physical Leslie!
Like, like, like, like, like is like a Wurlitzer? Like at gigs? Is it at a gig or is at like a gig?
So that clav sound was dry...no fx other than the wah? Sounded really dirty...Was there drive on it. My Nord 5D aint got that sound...Whats up with that
Sounds dirty because of the actual pickup interaction on the instrument and it's going through the Fender Deluxe Reverb!
Dude thinks he’s Hollingsworth 😂
First comment :)
Too bad he didn't explain why Luigi hangs out with him all night.
Nothing new here.
