Unless we hire Bill Belichick we need to stay the course.
No eberflus shouldn't lead the Chicago bears. The Bears need a offensive Coach. Caleb Williams can't go through a constant rotation of new OC's and new playbooks to learn every year. You learn the playbook then get better at it every year. IMPOSSIBLE with new playbooks every year. Fire Eberflus and get a offensive Coach So Caleb can Develop and not be stuck in a constant yearly rotation of learning new systems and new Playbooks.
There's plenty of defensive head coaches that lose coordinators all the time That's such a lazy narrative. Also normally when an OC leaves you hire within and the next man up
Tom Landry, Don Shula, Bill Belichek, Pete Carroll, Bill Parcells, Jimmy Johnson, Mike Tomlin, Bill Cowher, Tony Dungee and Chuck Noll were all defensive coaches. So much for your dipshit argument. 😂
Should have hired a new coach this year to come in since they planned on getting a new qb. Everyone is so infatuated by Flus beard but are not realizing a beard don’t make you a good coach. I don’t think he’s that guy to take us where we want to go. He’s made some big time mistakes and not only once but same mistakes multiple times. Poles needs to unhitch himself from Flus if he wants to be around long enough to see his teams finished product.
