Props for admitting to over cook it a bit. You could’ve gotten away with not bringing that to light. Anyone that knows grilling, knows that happens…but it still turns out to be outstanding! It looked great, you seem to know what you’re doing, and because of your honesty…I’m subscribing!

Glad your honest about it being a bit over cooked. So many You Tubers always say it's the best thing I've ever made, or something like that. It's not to hard to make food look good for TV but looks aren't everything. It's how it tastes

It’s hard to find honest cooks on here. Some won’t even show the end results sometimes if you can believe that

Thanks so much! They just don’t always go as perfect as you want it to. I normally sear the roast first and then cook it indirect. This time, I tried to reverse it and I missed the mark a little. It was still very good.

Thanks! While it wasn’t perfect… it was very good! I even made a pork loin sandwich the next day with leftovers.

That pork loin looks amazing and a pork butt in a crock pot sounds good to.

Hey, great video. You never mentioned the temp of the grill though. That would be helpful

I typically like to try and hold about 350 to 370 on these cooks. I started at over 400, but it settled down to about 370 after a bit. Thanks!
