Hi, Joe ! Sorry it took me awhile to view the video but, I haven't been well. Now, I'll have to try this just because it is crunchy and I love crunchy food. 😊 And you also gave me an idea almost the same as this but ... wait for it ... with potato wedges as hors d'œuvres but, no top just use the cheese melt as the top.
