    The source of this complementary RNA could be from
    1- an infection by
    viruses having RNA genomes or
    2- mobile genetic elements (transposons)
    that replicate via an RNA intermediate. plz clear the part 2

    Ma'am first of all I am very grateful to you for you Guidance on biology in general and botany in specific. I learned so many things from your videos. Just one suggestion or feedback I would like to note out (it may be time consuming). But it'll be very helpful if you could write specific topics and time (like say for e.g 13:31 flvr savior tomatos or so on). I usually go through all the videos to get one topic in the end.. 😂Which is good for me but during exam time while revisions takes time to skip 🙊❤❤ Just a view.. I hope u read this comment 🙏. Thank you once again. Love from Kohima Science College Jotsoma Nagaland.

    Ma'am DNA is always double stranded! So even if a gene of interest from nematoda is introduced in tobacco plant,it should ultimately produce single stranded RNA so why it is producing a double stranded RNA??

    • @jeejasudheer9551
      @jeejasudheer9551 3 года назад

      Before introducing in to tobacco we make genetical changes so that both strand of dna ptoduce rna.
