The improvement from that to 99.83% with HDHR is just astonishing!

PST is one of the earliest time zones so if it wasn't for that I would have missed it. Also the osu! chat was flooded saying he was streaming so that also gave me a good indication lol :)

68.83 unstable rate....what the actual fuck
getting that kind of UR is already really good on a map with basic rhythm, but on freedom dive it's just unbelievable
and that is why he deserves number one
especially when you're streaming.. keeping consistency on even a map with short 20 note streams is hard enough, the level of streaming here is insane
And don't forget he got it with HDHR aswell, considering in the top 50 he has the best accuracy play on top of the fact he used those mods. His consistency is just unbelievable when he gets on a good run.

He starts the stream on his index finger and ends with his middle finger. I think he was quick enough to notice that he missed a note in the stream, so he threw in an extra key press just to catch the slider. Otherwise, he would've sliderbroke there.
i don't think that was what was happening. in most cases he tends to switch from index to middle finger (so he does an extra click) after a stream ends on a slider - probably because it is more comfortable to tap the note after the slider that way.

The reason this play was so legendary was not only because it's shige and the first 800pp play, but because of how ahead of his time he was. This play has been unbeaten for so long and will always be referred to as the greatest play of all time by the majority of the community
