All the messages lately have been about this - being grateful, being at peace, introducing some space into your life might bring some new insights.
You can’t have different results by performing the same actions. Perhaps you know all these things , if you are watching this video, you are a chosen one. ☝️
Make sure to remember that, to thank your body for what you have already, because things are not easy I know.
Just remember that there is one person thinking of you and that’s me. I’m on the same boat as you are.
We keep spinning in the same circles, not realising that if we change our pattern things might change.
But it’s the hardest to change the pattern. But it’s doable.
I need to listen to my own advice.

I have to come to a point where i completely lost my Real identity , my self esteem , everything i had ,i lost hope in everything i do , i cant withstand a single Thing , im still immature , im a disgrace to my parents , i dont deserve to listen to this , my life is stale and inreally cant do anything , my brain is So fried , i dont know , i just dont know what to do ……
