#6 Everyone keeps telling me I have to choose one thing to be creative in. A niche per say. But, I get bored and am not always wanting to ie: paint, draw or craft. Besides I am way past looking for my passion, only have time to live it. 😁 I love that you promote creativity and not just one discipline. Funny to hear about you quitting your job, when I know the future and the new job you got. lol Sorry to write so much, but at the end you talk about endorphins and thought of this video on Kinesin protein walking dopamine to the brain. Maybe it's what gets sparked. 🤣

Hello Domas, brilliant video! 🤎 I realised recently that I don't know how to stop 'doing'. Even when relaxing. For me, when the balance of 'what is there to do' and 'there is everything to do' becomes over or under stimulating that is when I find it tough. Sometimes I wish I could just be a sit and 'do nothing' type of person but that maybe isn't what I need or within my nature.

I relate to this! That feeling, but it's funny because I think about how long I have experienced that feeling, I thought well, forever. But it's not really forever. Nobody is born anxious or depressed or addicted. I think there are certain factors like the whole nature vs. nurture that plays into it. Our surroundings, sometimes its a choice, sometimes it is not. Maybe we can undo/recognise some of the patterns but when do we know we have broken the cycle. You try not to look to far back or to far forward. You try to be grateful for what good there is in each day. You try and accept that sometimes negative energies are not always within your control but you can minimise and protect your energy by not allowing it to consume your day. Balance. I dont expect not to have the feeling as I'm only human after all but like you said previously about choosing the rightous path. Choosing Y O U, the future U is just waiting for U to catch up. That's what I hope for anyways 😅 Have a great day Domas! Take care.

Hello Domas, I bought The Artist's Way the other day and have started my morning pages. Thanks for the recommendation! I want to be more present with sharing my songs and art on the internet. That's my next goal. I put up my first demo on insta last week which is a good first step! I have hoarded my work for years but I now realise there is art in the process.
